自8月22日起，多條新線路投入服務 Effective from Monday 22 August 2016
以試辦性質投入服務，由小西灣（藍灣半島）開往堅尼地城（卑路乍灣）之服務，途經柴灣、東區走廊、中環、四號幹線及西營盤，並以堅尼地城（卑路乍灣）為終點 站。於星期一至五（公眾假期除外）提供服務，於上午八時正開 出，全程車費為港幣 9 元正。試辦期直至2016年11月18日。
A new route NWFB 88X from Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) to Kennedy Town (Belcher Bay) will be launched on trial basis. Route 88X operates at 8:00am on Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) via Chai Wan, Island East Corridor, Central, Route 4 and Sai Ying Pun before terminating at Kennedy Town (Belcher Bay). The full fare is HK$9 with section fares applied.
由清水灣開往坑口站，途經大坳門、清水灣道（坑口道以南）及坑口道，只在星期一至五(公眾假期除外)早上繁忙時間上午7時30分提供服務。车费全程為7元4角。
KMB will introduce morning special Route 91S [Clear Water Bay → Hang Hau Station]. Route 91S will depart from Clear Water Bay at 7:30am on Monday-Friday (except public holidays) and go via Clear Water Bay First Beach, Mang Kung UK, Silverstrand Mart, Hang Hau Road and Shui Pin Tsuen to Hang Hau Station. The full fare is $7.40.
288A線逢星期一至五[公眾假期除外] 早上7時05分至8時25分及下午5時10分至6時30分提供服務，每20分鐘由水泉澳總站開出一班車，經水泉澳二期及沙田圍前往沙田市中心，回程經沙田圍及水泉澳二期返回水泉澳總站。全程車費4元3角。
KMB will introduce new Circular Route 288A [Shui Chuen O←→Sha Tin Central] providing Shui Chuen O residents with a peak-hour express service to and from Sha Tin Central. The buses will not stop at Shui Chuen O Phase I. Rt. 288A from Shui Chuen O will operate from 07:05am to 08:25am and from 05:10pm to 06:30pm on Monday-Friday (except public holidays) at a frequency of 20 minutes. The buses will go via Shui Chuen O Phase II and Sha Tin Wai to Sha Tin Central, before heading via Sha Tin Wai and Shui Chuen O Phase II back to Shui Chuen O Bus Terminus. The full bus fare is $4.3.
來往大角咀（維港灣）及飛機維修區，途經深水埗、長沙灣、美孚及青衣，並取道青嶼幹線及北大嶼山公路直接往返機場（貨運區），於星期一至五（公眾假期除外）提供服務。由大角咀（維港灣）開出的班次時間為上午 六時三十分；由飛機維修區開出的班次時間為下午六時零五分。全程車費為港幣 23 元正。
Route E21C provides service between Tai Kwok Tsui (Island Harbourview) and Aircraft Maintenance Area, via Mongkok, Sham Shui Po, Cheung Sha Wan and Tsing Yi on Monday to Froday (Except Public Holiday). Aircraft Maintenace Area Bound service operates at 6:30 am; Tak Kok Tsui (Island Harbourview) bound service operates at 6:05pm. The full fare is HK$23.
