Bus capacity raised to 75% and more updates

Dear passengers,

Starting this week, the capacity of buses will be expanded from 50% to 75%.

Note the following key updates that are worth knowing 

 Main traffic updates 

Gush Dan and Ha’sharon areas: Starting Friday, 27.11, a few changes will take place in bus lines of the areas. A new line (222-Metropoline) will be launched between Kfar Saba and Herzliya and lines 502, 571 (Ra’anana-Tel Aviv) and 57 (Rishon Lezion-Holon) will be canceled. More information regarding the changes can be found here.

Kfar Saba:  Maintenace work are still carried out in Weizman St and starting this week for a period of two months, there will be changes in traffic in the area.

Hadera: Starting this week, the bus lines from the residential neighborhoods to Hadera’s train station will be reorganized. As part of these changes, new lines (162024) will be launched and the routes of lines 15 , 18 and 22 will be adjusted.

🚆 Lod’s new train station

The new Lod train station will be launched on Sunday, 29.11. A reminder of the feeder lines to the train station: 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 11, 133, 15 and the intercity lines that reach the station: 21, 22, 239, 460, 461, 464.

For the passengers’ convenience, there will be at site 570 parking spots, 55 bicycle spots, and one accessible dropoff spot.


 General public transportation guidelines

 

We remind you that in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Transport, passengers should wear a face mask on every public-transit ride and avoid traveling on public transportation in cases of illness symptoms.
