Lime Street will be closed, between Skelhorne Street and Copperas Hill, from Tuesday 30 August 2016, until further notice.
Bus diversions are as follows:
Routes 6 and 7 will travel from Queen Square Bus Station via St Georges Place, Lime Street, London Road, Pembroke Place, Crown Street, Brownlow Hill, then as normal routes (omitting a section of Lime Street, Ranelagh Place, and Brownlow Hill). These services will return as normal to Brownlow Hill, then via Ranelagh Place, Ranelagh Street, Gt Charlotte Street, Elliot Street, Lime Street, St Georges Place, Queen Square Bus Station and terminate (omitting a section of Lime Street).
Routes 14, 14A, 14B and 61 will travel from Queen Square Bus Station via St Georges Place, Lime Street, London Road, Pembroke Place, Crown Street, West Derby Street, Mount Vernon Road, then as normal routes (omitting a section of Lime Street, Ranelagh Place, Brownlow Hill and Grove Street). These services will return as normal to Brownlow Hill, then via Ranelagh Place, Ranelagh Street, Gt Charlotte Street, Elliot Street, Lime Street, St Georges Place, Queen Square Bus Station, then as normal routes (omitting a section of Lime Street).
Routes 30 and 30A will travel as normal to Byrom Street, then via Whitechapel, Crosshall Street, Dale Street, Water Street, The Strand, Strand Street to Liverpool One Bus Station (omitting Queen Square Bus Station, Lime Street, Ranelagh Place, Ranelagh Street and Hanover Street).
Routes 75, 80, 80A, 86, 86A and 86C will travel from Liverpool One Bus Station via Hanover Street, Duke Street, Berry Street, Leece Street, then as normal routes (omitting a section of Hanover Street, Ranelagh Street, Great Charlotte Street, Elliot Street, Lime Street and Renshaw Street).
Route 76 will travel as normal from Halewood to London Road, then via Lime Street, St Georges Place, Queen Square Bus Station, Crosshall Street, Dale Street, Water Street, The Strand, Strand Street to Liverpool One Bus Station and terminate (omitting a section of Lime Street, Ranelagh Place, Ranelagh Street and Hanover Street).
Routes 79 and 79D will travel as normal from Liverpool One Bus Station to Queen Square Bus Station, then via St Georges Place, Lime Street, London Road, Pembroke Place, Crown Street, Brownlow Hill, then as normal routes (omitting a section of Lime Street, Ranelagh Place, and Brownlow Hill). Route 79C will travel from Queen Square Bus Station via St Georges Place, Lime Street, London Road, Pembroke Place, Crown Street, Brownlow Hill, then as normal route (omitting a section of Lime Street, Ranelagh Place and Brownlow Hill). This service will return as normal to Brownlow Hill, then via Ranelagh Place, Ranelagh Street, Gt Charlotte Street, Elliot Street, Lime Street, St Georges Place, Queen Square Bus Station then as normal route (omitting a section of Lime Street).
Route 82 will travel from Liverpool One Bus Station via Hanover Street, Duke Street, Great George Street, then as normal route (omitting a section of Hanover Street, Ranelagh Street, Great Charlotte Street, Elliot Street, Lime Street, Renshaw Street and Berry Street).
Route 139 will travel from Sir Thomas Street via Whitechapel, Queen Square Bus Station, St Georges Place, Lime Street, London Road, Seymour Street, Russell Street, Clarence Street, Mount Pleasant, then as normal route (omitting a section of Lime Street, Ranelagh Place, Brownlow Hill and Mount Pleasant). This service will return as normal to Brownlow Hill, then via Ranelagh Place, Ranelagh Street, Gt Charlotte Street, Elliot Street, Lime Street, St Georges Place, Queen Square Bus Station and terminate (omitting a section of Lime Street).
Route 173 will travel as normal from Belle Vale to Brownlow Hill, then via Russell Street, Copperas Hill, Ranelagh Place, Brownlow Hill and terminate (omitting Ranelagh Street, Gt Charlotte Street and Elliot Street). This service will return from Brownlow Hill via the normal route (omitting Lime Street and Ranelagh Place).
Route City Explorer will travel as normal from Albert Dock to Queen Square Bus Station, then via St Georges Place, Lime Street, London Road, Seymour Street, Russell Street, Brownlow Hill, then as normal route (omitting a section of Lime Street, Ranelagh Place and Brownlow Hill).
Route Sightseeing Liverpool will travel as normal from Canada Boulevard to North John Street, then via Victoria Street, Old Haymarket, William Brown Street, Old Haymarket, St John’s Lane, St George’s Place, Lime Street, then as normal routes (omitting Whitechapel and Queen Square Bus Station).
