🚌 Bus Services
In “Green” Areas: Transitioning to maximum activity starting today.
Northern Conflict Zone Communities: Operations continue at approximately 60% capacity, subject to security restrictions.
🚆 Israel Railways: Returning to Full Service
Train services are returning nationwide in two phases: Thursday (April 9, 2026) and Sunday (April 12, 2026).
Starting Sunday, April 12, 2026: A nearly full, regular schedule will be implemented.
Lines returning to activity today (Thursday, April 9, 2026):
Modi’in – Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon line.
Dimona – Be’er Sheva North University line.
- Karmiel – Haifa Hof HaCarmel Line
Night Service: Night trains are operating on the Jerusalem–Ben Gurion Airport–Tel Aviv line and the Be’er Sheva–Ben Gurion Airport–Tel Aviv–Haifa line.
Temporarily Closed Stations: Kiryat Hayim, Huzot HaMifraz, Yokneam-Kfar Yehoshua, Ra’anana South, Holon Junction, Bat Yam-Komemiyut, and Kfar Chabad (reopening Sunday).
🚈 Light Rail
Dankal (Gush Dan): All stations have fully reopened as of this morning.
Cfir (Jerusalem): Operating today until midnight at a frequency close to the regular routine.
🚠 Haifa Rakavlit (Cable Car)
Per Home Front Command guidelines, the Rakavlit will not open at this stage.
It is recommended to plan your trip in advance 🚥. *There might be unexpected changes.*
