Live in the Greater Los Angeles Area? Your voting center will appear in Featured Places in Moovit’s search engine with the label “Voting Center” for easy identification.
Live in the Bay Area? Find your polling center by searching by Precinct Number or Polling Center Name. Your polling center will appear in Featured Places in Moovit’s search engine.
To make voting even more accessible, many transit agencies are offering FREE rides on Election Day.
Here are some of the agencies providing complimentary rides to support voters:
- LA Metro (Los Angeles, CA), Ride for Free on Election Day with Metro – No fares will be collected on Metro between midnight and 11:59 p.m. on November 5. Turnstiles that allow access to Metro Rail stations will be unlocked. On buses, fareboxes and TAP validators will have signage indicating free fares.
- Riverside Transit (Riverside, CA), On Tuesday, November 5, customers can board any RTA bus and tell the driver they are heading to the polls to vote or have just voted. Valid for all local, CommuterLink, GoMicro, and Dial-A-Ride buses.
- SacRT & Elk Grove Transit (Sacramento, CA), Ride for free on all fixed bus routes, light rail, SmaRT Ride, and SacRT Go Transit services all Election Day.
- OmniTrans (San Bernadino County, CA), Free rides for Election Day.
- Basin Transit (San Bernadino County, CA), Free rides for Election Day.
- Mountain Transit (San Bernadino County, CA), Free rides for Election Day.
- Victor Valley Transit (San Bernadino County, CA), Free rides for Election Day.
- Arrow (San Bernadino County, CA), Free rides for Election Day.
- Monterey-Salinas Transit (Monterey, CA), Free rides for Election Day.
- Santa Rosa CityBus (Sonoma County, CA), Free rides for Election Day.
- Petaluma Transit (Sonoma County, CA), Free rides for Election Day.
- Sonoma County Transit (Sonoma County, CA), Free rides for Election Day.
- San Joaquin RTD (Stockton, CA), Simply tell your Bus Driver you are heading to vote. Valid for Express, Local, and Hopper Routes (Commuter and Van Go not included).
Need more options? Uber and Lime are helping Voters get to the polls.
- Uber is offering US riders 50% off rides to their polling place (up to $10) when they use our new ‘Go Vote’ tile to book a ride.
