Closures, Service Changes & Alerts Now!

    WMATA 

    Metrorail Updates:

    Rest of Weekday service info. (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday)

    • Red Line – Trains every 10 minutes until 10 p.m. afterward from 10 p.m. until closing every 16 minutes
    • Green & Yellow Lines – Trains every 15 minutes
    • Silver & Blue Lines –  Trains every 20 minutes
    • Orange Line – Trains every 20 minutes between Vienna & Stadium-Armory only & Shuttle Buses are provided for relevant station closures.

    Weekend service info. (Saturday & Sunday)

    • Red Line – Trains every 10-12 minutes –  trains will be operating between Shady Grove & NoMA in one segment and between Brookland & Glenmont in the other segment
    • Blue Line – Trains every 18-24 minutes trains will be operating between Franconia-Springfield to Stadium-Armory in one segment and Benning Rd to Largo Town Center in the other segment. Free Shuttle Buses will be provided.
    • Silver Line – Trains every 20-24 minutes – Trains operating between Wiehle-Reston East and Stadium-Armory only. Riders will need to transfer to or from shuttle buses connecting to the Blue Line to continue their trip.
    • Green & Yellow – Trains every 20 minutes
    • Orange Line – Trains every 20 minutes between Vienna & Stadium-Armory only & Shuttle Buses are provided for relevant station closures.

    Important Updates & Alerts:

    • Shuttle buses will replace service between Stadium-Armory & New Carrolton due to station closures until September 5, 2022
