Hi Mooviters,
🧢⚾️ SEPTA and Citadel Credit Union are helping the Philly Phaithful get to and from the Phillies Home Opener at Citizens Bank Park on March 28 by offering extra service and free rides home on the Broad Street Line.Â
SEPTA offers extra service on the Broad Street Line for fans headed to Citizens Bank Park. Five [5] additional trains will supplement regular service to NRG Station.
Free Rides Home from NRG Station
Citadel Federal Credit Union will sponsor FREE RIDES home from NRG Station only on the Broad Street Line after the Phillies Home Opener. Free rides begin two hours after the first pitch and run for two hours post-game or until the last train.
Convenient Ways to Pay
Credit/debit cards, in physical form or through apps like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay, are accepted on buses, trolleys, Market-Frankford Line, Broad Street Line and the Norristown High Speed Line, at any turnstile or farebox with a simple tap on the validator. Regional Rail will have a separate rollout for contactless payments later this year, however, credit/debit card payments are accepted by presenting your card to the train conductor.
SEPTA’s multi-rider feature allows up to five riders on one SEPTA Key card. Taps can be on a single bus/trolley validator or a combination of taps on different turnstiles at a station. Multi-rider is available on all modes including bus, trolley, Broad Street Line, Market-Frankford Line, Norristown High Speed Line and Regional Rail.
If using a SEPTA Key card riders are encouraged to load funds on it before game day. For those without a Key card, Quick Trip tickets can be purchased at all station kiosks.
Go Phillies,
