Sydney & NSW – FIFA Women’s World Cup™: England v Denmark

The England v Denmark game will be held at the Sydney Football Stadium, Moore Park on 28 July 2023. The event kicks off at 18:30 pm.

Important Travel Advice

Ticketing Information

Valid pre-purchased tickets to the FIFA Women’s World Cup™ football matches at Sydney Football Stadium between Sunday 23 July and Sunday 6 August 2023 include travel to and from Moore Park on the following transport services, just show your event ticket to Transport staff when boarding services: 

Remember to keep your event ticket safe for your return journey or you’ll need to use your Opal card, as you must have a valid ticket when travelling on public transport. Your match ticket is valid on transport until 4am the following day. 

Volunteers, Official Suppliers and Accredited Staff with official FIFA passes also have entitlements to travel on the public transport services listed above for the FIFA Women’s World Cup between Thursday 22 June and Friday 25 August 2023.

Bus

A number of regular route buses stop along Anzac Parade at Lang Road and Oxford Street at Paddington Town Hall – both a short walk from the stadium.

Express shuttle buses will also run between Central and Moore Park before and after the match.

Keep in mind that both buses and light rail will be very busy so fans should consider walking between Central and Moore Park via Devonshire Street and the Albert ‘Tibby’ Cotter Walkway to minimise wait times for transport services.

L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines

Catch L2 or L3 light rail services to Moore Park. The Moore Park stop is located along Anzac Parade within walking distance just south of the stadium.
