On July 4th, Many transportation services will run on a weekend schedule. Please make sure to check for updates in the app before planning your trip! 

SEPTA

With the completion of the Southwest Connection Improvement Program, train service returns on the Airport Line and the Media/Elwyn Line resumes operation. New Regional Rail timetables will go into effect Sunday, June 28 for all Lines except the Chestnut Hill West and Cynwyd. Service on these two Lines will remain suspended.

– All schedules except (Airport, Media/Elwyn & Fox Chase Lines) will operate:

• Weekdays (Monday-Friday) with hourly service
• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with 2 hour service

– Wilmington Line will operate the schedule, as noted above, with service beginning/ending at Wilmington Station

– Media/Elwyn & Fox Chase Lines will operate:

• Weekdays (Monday-Friday) with hourly service
• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with 2-3 hour service

– Airport Line will operate:

• Weekdays (Monday-Friday) with 30 minute service
• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with hourly service

Friday, July 3

• Regular Friday schedule will operate according to the June 28th timetable.

Fare Restructuring

Effective Wednesday July 1, 2020

Changes to SEPTA fare/pricing for Transit or Regional Rail travel except as follows:

 

Transit (Bus, Trolley, Market Frankford, Broad Street, Norristown High Speed Line)
First transfer for trips using a Key Card with Travel Wallet	FREE
Second transfer	$1.00
Second transfer with a Reduced Fare Key Card	$.50
Time window to use transfer will increase to 2 hours
All children, under the age of 12, riding with a fare paying adult	FREE

 

Regional Rail
All children, under the age of 12, riding with a fare paying adult New SEPTA Key Card features for Regional Rail riders will be launching – check back for details	FREE
