Regional Rail Late Night New Year’s Eve Service

Regional Rail Trains will operate on a regular WEEKDAY schedule, Monday, December 31st, with special late night service. Please look for signage posted at Stations or download the PDF below for the late night schedule.

The late night New Year’s Eve schedule includes added service to Chestnut Hill East, Fox Chase, Elwyn, Lansdale, Malvern, Trenton (connections to NJ Transit-New York), Norristown, and Warminster.

Bus Detours Before and During the Mummers Parade

On Monday, December 31st and Tuesday, January 1, 2019, several SEPTA Bus Routes will operate on a temporary detour due to the Mummers Parade.

Monday, December 31, 2018: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., 15th St. between JFK Blvd. and Chestnut St. for parade setup:

Bus Routes 4, 16, 17, 27, 31, 32, 33, 44, 48, 124, and 125

Tuesday, January 1, 2019 (Mummers Parade scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m.; however, start times may vary), Broad St. between Washington Ave. and City Hall

Bus Routes 2, 4, 9, 12, 16, 17, 21, 27, 31, 32, 33, 38, 40, 42, 44, 45, 48, 64, 124, 125

Broad Street & Market Frankford Line New Year’s Eve Service

Additional Broad Street and Market Frankford Line trains will operate before and after the New Year’s Eve fireworks at Penn’s Landing, with all night train service available to customers. Please check back for additional service information.
