    Temporary Stop Closures on Dame Street

    Due to roadworks on Dame Street, stops 4521, 4522, 1278 and 1279 will not be in use during the times and dates below;

    • From 19.30hrs until 06.00hrs on Tuesday 19 September 2023.
    • From 19.30hrs until 06.00hrs on Wednesday 20 September 2023.
    • From 19.30hrs until 06.00hrs on Thursday 21 September 2023.

    Diversion on Routes 84 and 84a

    Due to roadworks, the following diversions will be in place during the times and dates below:

    • From 19.30hrs until 04.00hrs nightly on Tuesday 19 September until Friday 22 September 2023.
    • From 19.30hrs until 04.00hrs nightly on Monday 25 September until Friday 29 September 2023.
    • From 19.30hrs until 04.00hrs nightly on Monday 2 October until Friday 6 October 2023.

    Routes 84 and 84a
    Towards Newcastle/Bray Station

    Normal route to Clonkeen Road divert via N11 and back on to normal route.
    Stops 3126 Old Bray Rd, Clonkeen Rd3127 Cabinteely Park, Old Bray Road and 3128 Cabinteely PO, Old Bray Road will not be in use during this time, please proceed to stops 3125 Monaloe Crescent, Clonkeen Rd or Stop 3130, Shrewsbury Lawn, Ballybrack for your nearest stop location.
    Towards Blackrock
    Normal route.

    Bus Éireann 

    Further improved services & timetables on Route 354, Carrick on Suir to Dunmore East via Waterford

    Bus Éireann, Ireland’s national bus company, is pleased to announce significantly enhanced services and timetable on Route 354, Carrick on Suir to Dunmore East via Waterford City which will come into effect on Sunday, 24 September.

    Funded by the Department of Transport through the National Transport Authority as part of the Connecting Ireland Rural Mobility Plan, the further enhanced Route 354 will be extended from Portlaw to Carrick on Suir, providing seven daily services connecting Carrick on Suir and Waterford via Portlaw, daily services between Dunmore East and Waterford will increase from 7 to 11, and there will be later services from all locations.

    Route 354 will serve Carrick on Suir, Portlaw, Kilmeaden, SETU Campus, Waterford City Centre, Waterford University Hospital and Dunmore East.

     

    Route 223 and 225: Ringaskiddy Ferry Terminal

    We wish to advise customers that the following Route 223 and 225 services will serve the Ferry Terminal en-route on Wednesdays and Saturdays only until the end of October.

    Route 223

    Wednesday Only – 10:22 service from Haulbowline and 1320 from South Mall
    Saturday Only – 11:20 from South Mall and 1320 from South Mall

    Route 225

    Wednesday Only – 0920 and 1320 from Kent Station
    Saturday Only – 1120 and 1320 from Kent Station
