    Dublin: Parnell Square North will be not be available to buses/ coaches due to the construction of temporary grandstands
    The area will be unavailable from 19:00 on 15th March 2024 to after the parade on 17th March 2024.

    St Patrick’s Day Parade
    Sunday 17 March 2024, 12pm

    Join half a million spectators who gather each March to witness over 4,000 Parade participants including marching bands from all across the globe in a thunderous display of music and pageantry, extravagantly dressed performers, troupes of colourful, cascading dancers and a spectacular display of extravagant floats as they wind their way through the historic streets of Dublin.

    In order for the Parade to pass smoothly and safely through the streets of Dublin, it requires a number of road closures in the city centre, from early in the morning of the parade through until the late afternoon.

    All confirmed road closures will be updated on  closer to the Festival,

    and we advise all spectators and participants to plan their journeys in advance.

     

    Bus Éireann

    All Bus Éireann and Expressway services will operate to a Sunday schedule on both St. Patrick’s Day, Sunday, 17 March and Monday, 18 March 2024.

    There will be a number of diversions on St. Patrick’s day due to the parade’s taking place across the country
