Industrial action to affect many National Rail and London Bus services from Monday 4 December
Bus strike – December 2023
A strike by RATP Dev Transit London bus drivers will affect 8 routes, mostly in west London.
From approximately 05:00 on strike days little or no service is expected on the affected routes, including night services. A normal service is expected to resume after approximately 06:00 the day after the strike.

If travelling on these days, you should plan ahead, check before you travel, consider alternative routes and allow more time for your journey.
National Rail
Strike action has been announced by the ASLEF Union for the following train operators on the following days:
Tuesday 5 December – c2c and Greater Anglia (including Stansted Express)
Wednesday 6 December – Gatwick Express, South Western Railway (including Island Line), Southeastern and Southern
Thursday 7 December – CrossCountry, Great Western Railway and Heathrow Express
Friday 8 December – Northern and TransPennine Express
