Schedule adjustments for Saturday evening lines
Saturday evening lines have adjusted their departure times according to daylight saving time. To be best prepared, it is recommended to check the new schedules in advance by entering the line number in the ‘Lines’ tab or by planning a trip.
Jerusalem Light Rail ‘Cfir’ – Service hours update
The Light Rail in Jerusalem extends its operating hours during rush hour and at night. From now on, the Light Rail will operate every day until midnight and its frequency between the hours of 07: 00-19: 00 will be every 6 minutes!
Israel Railways
Passenger capacity – In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Transportation, the passenger capacity was increased from 75% to 100% on Israel Railways trains.
Changes in train service – As part of the maintenance work to upgrade the rail track this weekend at the Tel Aviv Haganah station, changes in train traffic will apply as follows:
From Thursday, May 6, at 23:30 until Sunday, May 9 at 05:00:
- Trains on the Beer Sheva – Herzliya line (via Kiryat Gat, Lehavim, Rahat, etc.) will operate between the Beer Sheva and Lod stations (instead of between the Beer Sheva – Tel Aviv – Herzliya stations).
- Tel Aviv Haganah, Tel Hashalom, Tel Aviv Savador, Tel Aviv University, and Herzliya stations will be temporarily closed to.
On these days, free shuttles will be operating for passengers traveling between Lod and Tel Aviv Savadora stations according to the following schedule:
On the night between Thursday and Friday
From Lod station to Tel Aviv Santador Central station, at 00:15.
On Friday, May 7th
From Lod to Tel Aviv Savador station at: 06:25, 07:25, 08:25, 09:25, 10:25, 11:25, 12:25, 13:25
From Tel Aviv Savador to Lod Station at: 06:40, 07:40, 08:40, 09:40, 10:40, 11:40
On Saturday evening, May 8
From Lod to Tel Aviv Savador station at: at 22:20, 23:20, 24:20
From Tel Aviv Savador to Lod Station at: 21:20, 22:20, 23:20
