Main public-transit updates

Dear passengers,

We have collected for you a number of key updates that are worth knowing 

 Main traffic updates 

Tel Aviv: Bograshov Street – traffic heading east will be blocked due to maintenance work. Bus lines in this segment will change their route accordingly.

Rishon Lezion:  Nehemiah Street, in the Malachi – Arik Einstein/Aliya segment, in both directions continues to be closed to traffic for two months. Egged lines in this segment will change their route accordingly.

Bat-Yam: Rothschild Street, in the Herzl-Balfour section to the east, continues to be closed to traffic until further notice.

Rehovot:  Starting Sunday, November 22, new lines will be launched from/to the train station. Line numbers: 8, 9, and 12א. Schedules and routes will be available near this time on Moovit.

Tiberias: Due to road works on Ha’Magenim Street in the city, the street will be closed for a month and Superbus lines in this segment will change their routes accordingly.


 Planning a trip to Eilat? 

As of Wednesday 18/11, the ‘Green Tourism Island’ outline will be carried out in the Dead Sea Hotels and in Eilat. As part of the guidelines, any passenger wishing to reach these areas will be required to obtain a valid Corona permit, as required by law. It is recommended to follow the Ministry of Transport and Health announcements on this matter.


 General public transportation guidelines

We remind you that in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Transport, passengers should wear a face mask on every public-transit ride and avoid traveling on public transportation in cases of illness symptoms.
