May Day is a traditional festival that celebrates the spring. Live Directions can add a spring to your step by giving you confidence on your journey — whether you’re going to a May Day event at a new venue, or a BBQ at your friend’s house, the step by step guide and get off alerts give you a smooth ride and let you concentrate on more exciting things.
It’s as easy as pressing “Play.”
On the Home screen you can see your current location, nearby stations, and Real Time arrivals (if available for your city).
Enter your destination in the search bar to start planning a trip. Moovit will provide suggested locations based on your search.
With your destination chosen, you have the option to change the starting point and personalize your journey by tapping “Now”, “Best route” and “Including: All transit types”. Tap “Search routes”
– Moovit has gone through all the options to provide the 3 best routes.
Choose your preferred route and adjust the time by tapping “Earlier” or “Later” or swiping left to see the preview of other route options.
When you are ready, hit the Play button to start your Live Directions, which give you a step by step guide (similar to GPS for cars)
Moovit tells you when your line is arriving, the walking route and how long it takes to walk
How long you need to wait for the transit to arrive
And how long to ride for
With notifications on, we’ll alert you when your stop is coming up, so you can immerse yourself into other activities during your journey
To cancel or change your route at anytime, press the cross on the top right.
