Mumbai Metro One with TMW Fintech and Federal Bank unveils a two-in-one travel card.
It will have a dual chip which will allow commuters to use it for Metro travel and other purchases.
Also, commuters will be using it as a stored value pass or a monthly trip pass.
Commuters can also load cash on the card and use it as a prepaid bank, which can be used at any outlets accepting MasterCard.
However, Metro commuters can get it at customer care counters at stations on a minimum payment of ₹50.
of which ₹30 will be credited to the customer’s TMW account upon activation of the card.
Mumbai Metro One has been promoting card-based products as more than half the 4.5 lakh daily commuters use them.
