Miami Metro Area Service Changes

    Metrobus

    new Service Adjustments Effective November 18:

    New Route 248 Princeton Circulator begins service Monday, November 19, 2018.

    • Local weekday circulator service operating every 60 minutes from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • From Cutler Bay to Naranja via SW 112 Ave, SW 248 St & S Dixie Hwy
    • 25 cents per trip

    To improve overall system efficiency, four routes will be adjusted effective Sunday November 18, 2018.

    Route 38 Busway MAX

    • Weekday afternoons: Southbound 10 minute-frequency service will start earlier, at 2:30 p.m., continuing until 7:20 p.m.

    Route 77

    • Weekdays:
      • Minor southbound schedule adjustments will be made to improve service reliability.
      • Trips before 6 p.m. will leave anywhere from three minutes earlier up to three minutes later.
    • Weekends:
      • Northbound schedule adjustments will be made after 6 p.m. to improve service reliability.
      • Trips will leave Government Center as currently scheduled, arriving at NW 7 Ave & 183 St up to eight minutes later.
      • On Saturdays, the 6:05 p.m. southbound trip will leave NW 7 Ave & 183 St earlier at 5:59 p.m
      • On Sundays, the 5:34 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. southbound trips will leave earlier at 5:30 p.m. and 6:34 p.m. respectively.

    Route 88

    • Weeknights: The last westbound trip will leave Dadeland North Station 10 minutes later at 1:00 a.m. allowing passengers on the last southbound train to connect with the last Route 88 westbound trip.

    Cutler Bay Local (Route 200)

    • New Sunday service will be added:
      • The first trip will leave Old Cutler Road and Franjo Road at 10:40 a.m.
      • Remaining trips leave every hour, with the last trip leaving at 3:40 p.m.

    NEW ROUTE 248 Princeton Circulator:

    • On weekday afternoons, southbound 10 minute-frequency service will start earlier, at 2:30 p.m., continuing until 7:20 p.m.
    • To improve overall system efficiency, the following bus stop is scheduled to be removed as of Friday, November 2, 2018.
    • 32999 S Dixie Hwy (US1) (serving southbound trips)
    • Route 34 Express offering nonstop service via Florida Turnpike effective Monday, October 29, 2018:
    • Southbound morning trips direct to SW 344 St depart from Dadeland South Station between 5:50 a.m.-6:50 a.m
    • Northbound afternoon trips to Dadeland South Station depart from SW 344 St between 4:40 p.m.-5:50 p.m.
    • All trips via the Florida Turnpike.

    Route 52: Effective Friday, November 9, 2018, duration unknown:

    • Detoured from SW 117 Ave between 184 St & 185 Terr
    • Detoured to SW 115 Ave
    • Due to road construction

    Route 88: Service adjustment effective Sunday, November 18, 2018:

    • On weeknights, the last westbound trip will leave Dadeland North Station 10 minutes later at 1:00 a.m. allowing passengers on the last southbound train to connect with the last Route 88 westbound trip.

    Route 77: Service adjustments effective Sunday, November 18, 2018:

    • On weekdays: Minor southbound schedule adjustments will be made to improve service reliability.
      • Trips before 6 p.m. will leave anywhere from three minutes earlier up to three minutes later.
    • On weekends
      • Northbound schedule adjustments will be made after 6 p.m. to improve service reliability.
      • Trips will leave Government Center as currently scheduled, arriving at NW 7 Ave & 183 St up to eight minutes later.
      • On Saturdays, the 6:05 p.m. southbound trip will leave NW 7 Ave & 183 St earlier at 5:59 p.m
      • On Sundays, the 5:34 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. southbound trips will leave earlier at 5:30 p.m. and 6:34 p.m. respectively.
    To improve overall system efficiency, the following bus stops in Hialeah are scheduled to be removed as of Friday, October 26, 2018. Please be aware that they may continue to appear on GPS apps.
     
    Stops on northbound E 4 Ave serving eastbound trips at:
    • E 39 St
    • E 47 St
    • E 52 St
    • E 60 St
    Stops on southbound E 4 Ave serving westbound trips at:
    • E 60 St
    • E 58 St
    • E 53 St
    Westbound on E 65 St at 5 Ave
