Welcome to Labor Day Weekend. Please note the following services changes:
- MTA Subways and buses are running on a Sunday schedule on Monday.
- The Long Island Rail Road is running on a Saturday schedule on Sunday and a Sunday schedule on Monday.
- On Metro-North Railroad:
- The Hudson, Harlem, and New Haven lines are running on a Sunday schedule on Monday.
- The Port Jervis and Pascack Valley lines are running on a weekend schedule on Monday.
Sunday is also the first day of Phase 2 service changes as part of the MTA’s Queens Bus Network Redesign. MTA is expanding the all-day frequent network, adding new overnight service, removing some stops to improve speed and reliability, and adding new connections to major destinations and transfer points.
