Here is the latest train service updates for this week
Tuesday 27 June
Trains running from Liverpool LimeStreet to Manchester Victoria are being delayed due to a speed restriction over defective track in the Astley area. Short-notice alterations and delays can be expected.
From Monday 26 June Until Thursday 29 June
Engineering work is taking place between Liverpool Lime Street and Manchester Victoria, closing some lines. As a result, the 22:52 Liverpool Lime Street to Huddersfield service will depart at 22:30 and will terminate at Manchester Victoria.
Sunday 2 July
Transpennine trains are unable to run between Dewsbury and Huddersfield due to engineering works. An amended timetable and some rail replacement services will be in operation.
