City Line
From Monday 14 to Thursday 17 May the 2327 Manchester Oxford Road to Liverpool Lime Street service and the 2338 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Piccadilly service will be replaced by buses. Due to this, please allow additional time when planning your journeys.
New timetable booklets are being prepared for the 19 May change because of the unavailability of the new timetable information. Due to this, there is a delay in the printing and distribution of the new timetable leaflets.
Northern Line
May Rail Timetable Changes: The current timetable leaflet states that the timetable will run until the 19 May but it will now run through until the 1 June 2018, then a temporary timetable will come into effect covering the period of the Lime Street Mainline station closure – 2 June to 29 July 2018.
There will be some changes to the Ormskirk – Preston, Kirkby – Wigan and Southport – Manchester timetables
The temporary timetables covering the period of the Lime Street closure will be available from Thursday 17 May.
Wirral Line
May 2018 Rail Timetable Changes: Timetable runs through until the 1 June 2018, then a temporary timetable comes into effect covering the period
of the Lime Street Mainline station closure – 2 June to 29 July 2018.
