From Jan 16 (Monday), NWFB Route 23B will adopt a more direct routeing and change its service hours.
- NWFB Route 23B will only be available from Monday to Friday (except Public and School Holidays);
- To re-route via Yee Wo Street in lieu of Leighton Road;
- Towards Robinson Road, it will no longer stop at Caroline Hill Road, Leighton Road, Craigengower Cricket Club; instead it will stop at Hysan Place, Canal Road East;
- Towards Braemar Hill, it will no longer stop at Lee Theatre Plaza, Bonaventure House, Pennington Street; instead it will stop at Paterson Street;
- Reduce service to Braemar Hill & the last bus will be at 5:00 PM
