• • • Metrorail operates from 5:00 a.m. until Midnight on Weekdays, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Saturdays, and 8:00 a.m. to Midnight on Sundays

• • • Red Line Trains – Trains will operate every 15-20 minutes w/6-car trains. Expect delays & consider Metrobus alternatives.
    • Blue Line Trains – Trains will operate every 30-40 minutes w/6-car trains. Expect delays & consider Metrobus alternatives.
    • Orange Line Trains – Trains will operate every 30-40 minutes w/6-car trains. Expect delays & consider Metrobus alternatives.

Weekend service adjustments

• • • Red Line Trains operate every 15-20 minutes between Twinbrook and Glenmont only; Shady Grove and Rockville stations closed. Free shuttle buses provided.

Local Bus Updates & Alerts: 

• Effective immediately and until further notice and due to a water main break in the area, the following temporary route diversions will be in effect for LocalLinks 36, 160 and CityLink Orange: Regular route to Foxwood and Bayner Avenues, then Straight Foxwood, (L) Sandalwood, back to regular route – more info. Montgomery County Ride-On

• MCDOT’s Ride On Bus Schedule Changes to 64 Routes Started on Sunday, Oct. 10 aiming to Increase Service and Improve Efficiency
• Fares remain free on all MCDOT buses at least through January 2022.
• Rockville and Shady Grove Metro Station Construction and Closures have relocated buses to temporary stops on the west side of the Rockville station until December 4th
