Step 1: Open Moovit in the Station tab
Step 2: Click on the station that you want to send feedback about
Step 3: Click on the Report button on the lower right-hand side of your screen
Here you will have the option to do 4 different things:
1. Report wrong data: Let us know if something is wrong with the station.
2. Suggest an edit: Change stop locations, add station photos, and let us know if a station doesn’t exist.
3. Read station reports: See the feedback from other users and confirm or deny them.
4. Report service status: Report on the station conditions that will appear in the station reports.
