Albert Drive in Glasgow closed due to fire – First Glasgow service 59 diverted. 12/11/19 00:00 – Until further notice

• Due to a building fire on Albert Drive and subsequent closure the 59 service will be diversted via Darnley Street , Nithsdale Rd and  Shields Rd back onto Albert Drive. No stops will be served between Darnley Street & Shields Road.

 

Westburn Road in Cambuslang closed McGills services 64/164 diverted. 05/12/19 00:05 – 24/01/20 23:59

• Please note, due to Westburn Road Roundabout Construction works on Westburn Road this service will be diverted via Hamilton Road, Mill Road and Old Mill Road. Stops on Westburn Road between Queens Avenue and Hamilton Road will not be served.  Intending passengers on Westburn Road should use an alternative stop at the terminus on Hamilton Road.

Aberdeen Christmas Lights Switch On Multiple services diverted. 24/11/19 16:00 – 24/11/19 19:00

• From 16:00 -19:00 on 24 November Albyn Place will be closed.From 17:00 –19:00 approximately Union Street will be closed between Holburn Junction and King Street at West North Street. 

 

Constarry Road in Kilsyth closed McGills service 147A diverted. 24/11/19 09:00 – 24/11/19 18:00

• Passengers please note, due to resurfacing on Constarry Road this service will be diverted via Smithstone Road and the B802. Stops between Barbegg Crescent and the Quarry will not be served for the duration of the works.

 

Argyle Street closed Garelochhead Coaches service 100 diverted. 22/11/19 20:00 – 25/11/19 06:00

• Due to demolition works on Argyle Street this service will be diverted and unable to serve stops on  Argyle Street between West Campbell Street and Queen Street.

 

Edinburgh: Waverley Bridge weekend closures. 16/11/19 11:00 – 05/01/20 17:00

• Due to Edinburgh’s Christmas Market, Waverley Bridge will be closed each Saturday and Sunday between 1100hrs and 1700hrs starting on Saturday 16 November through to and including Sunday 5 January 2020.
• Lothian Buses, Airlink 100 service to Edinburgh Airport will depart and terminate on the South Side of St Andrew Square during the times shown above.

 

Edinburgh: York Place westbound closure, Lothian Buses diverted. 16/11/19 05:00 – 30/11/19 23:59

• Due to roadworks, York Place will be closed to westbound buses from 0500hrs on Saturday 16 November for approximately 2 weeks. Lothian Buses, Services 10, 11, 12, 16, 26, 44 between Elm Row/London Road and Princes Street, will be diverted via Leith Street, westbound only.

 

Perthshire: Inchture Level Crossing works, buses unable to serve The Grange. 16/11/19 00:30 – 17/12/19 06:00

• During these times buses will divert between Inchture and Errol via the A90, The Horn and Errol Station Road.
• Passengers wishing to use Stagecoach Service 39/39B should alternatively board/alight at existing stops in Errol or Inchture Villages respectively.

 

Edinburgh: Broughton Street closure and diversion. 16/11/19 00:00 – 30/11/19 23:59

• Due to works, Broughton Street is closed northbound from Saturday 16th November for 2 weeks.  During the closure, Lothian Buses, Service 8 buses will divert via Elm Row, Annandale Street and East London Street on journeys towards Muirhouse only.  Some bus stops on Broughton Street will not be served.

North Berwick: Abbey Road daytime closure, East Coast Buses diverted. 11/11/19 08:00 – 29/11/19 13:00

• Due to works, Abbey Road, North Berwick will be closed between 0800hrs and 1600hrs each Monday-Thursday and between 0800 hrs and 1300 hrs each Friday for 3 weeks, starting from 0800 hrs on Monday 11 November. East Coast Buses, 124, X5 between Westgate and Station Road, will be diverted via Station Hill eastbound only.

 

Strathaven Reindeer Day JMB service 13 cannot access Common Green. 07/12/19 07:00 – 07/12/19 18:00

• Please note that due to the annual Strathaven Reindeer Day this service will be diverted and the stops at Common Green.

 

Union Street in Larkhall closed Whitelaws services 252, 253, 254 and 255 diverted First Glasgow service 251 diverted. 01/12/19 09:00 – 01/12/19 22:00

• All routes will operate from Church Street, Larkhall via Muir Street, Percy Street and Montgomery Street then normal routes.  Same route vice versa.
• People wishing to board and alight for access to Union Street should use the bus stops located on Church Street and Montgomery Street during the closure.  The services will operate the normal route before the closure is in place and revert back to normal route as soon as the closure is lifted. 
• First Service 251 Larkhall – Wishaw General Hospital: no stops will be served on Union Street.  Intending passengers should use alternative stops on Montgomery Street or Church Street.

 

Dalry Tinsel Parade Stagecoach service 25 diverted. 29/11/19 15:00 – 29/11/19 21:00

• Disruption and diversion due to an event 1500hrs to 2100hrs on Friday 29th November 2019 Note Due to the Dalry Tinsel and Torchlight Parade,  this service is diverted between 1500hrs and 2100hrs and will not serve stops on North Street between Roche Way and Townend Street during this time.

• First Service 7A Rutherglen/Bankhead – Glasgow: This service will be redirected and therefore unable to serve Main Street or Mill Street between Main Street and Bankhead Road, Rutherglen, for the duration of the event. • Due to a road closure buses are unable to serve West Port, Fountainbridge and Dundee Street and are instead diverted via Lauriston Place, Earl Grey Street, Lothian Road and West Approach Road in both directions.

• Services C2,C2A will not be able to serve The Orchard, Tullibody due to road maintenance. Passengers should make their way to Carseview and Newmills where the bus will operate Hail and Ride.

 

Portobello: Brighton Place closure and diversion. 07/01/19 00:00 – 20/12/19 23:59

• Due to works, Brighton Place is closed from Monday 7th January 2019 for approximately 50 weeks. Lothian Buses, Services 21, 42, 49 and 69 will divert during the works.

 

Highland Council: Ferry F10 (Fort William – Camusnagaul). 03/12/18 00:00 – Until further notice

• Customers should note the first journey on Ferry F10 on normal weekdays has been changed to depart Fort William at 07:40 instead of 07:45 as shown. This is to ensure a school bus connection is made at Camusnagaul on time.

Yuletide Festival Stagecoach service 585A diverted in West Kilbride. 06/12/19 17:00 – 06/12/19 22:00

• Due to the Yuletide Festival this service is diverted  and will not serve stops on Ritchie Street , Main Street , Well Street & Corse Street for the duration of the closure. Intending passengers on Well Street & Corse Street are directed to alternative stops on Portencross Road and passengers on Ritchie Street are directed to alternative stops on St Brides Road

 

Hamilton Road in Blantyre closed First Glasgow service 205 diverted. 17/11/19 08:00 – 23/11/19 17:00

• Intending passengers please note, due to resurfacing works on Hamilton Road,Blantyre  service 205 will be redirected via Douglas Street and will therefore be unable to serve stops on Hamilton Road. As a result, the service is likely to be subject to delay and disruption, and intending passengers of these areas should use alternative stops on Hunthill Road.

 

Paisley Road West closed Westbound (towards Paisley) Glasgow Citybus service 153 diverted. 11/11/19 08:00 – 02/12/19 17:00

• Due to Scottish Water works on the westbound section of Paisley Road West between Broomloan Road and Helen Street , stops on this section will not be served. This service will be diverted via Edmiston Drive and Helen Street. Passengers are directed to alternative stops on Paisley Road West opposite Elizabeth Street and before Bellahouston Drive.
