Trackwork: Monday 6 to Monday 13 April 2020

    Here’s the update on scheduled trackwork affecting services. Plan your trip and work out any extra travel time you need. 

     

    Sydney’s new light rail is now open from Circular Quay to Kingsford. 

    The L3 Kingsford Line completes the 12-kilometre CBD and South East Light Rail and gives people in the South East a sustainable public transport system connecting people to and from the city and to the L2 Randwick Line which services the Randwick health precinct

     

    Service Updates due to  the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). 

    L1 Dulwich Hill light rail services operating from 11pm (midnight on Friday) to 6am between Central Grand Concourse and The Star in both directions, will be suspended from 11pm Saturday 28 March 2020.

     

    T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line

    Monday 6 to Wednesday 8 April
    • Nightly from 9.45pm until 2am, buses replace trains between Bondi Junction and Central.
    Friday 10 to Monday 13 April
    • Buses replace trains between Bondi Junction and Central.

    T9 Northern Line

    Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 April
    • Nightly from 10.20pm until 1.30am, buses replace trains between Hornsby and Rhodes.

    Blue Mountains Line 🛤 

    Until further notice
    • Due to infrastructure damage caused by bushfires, buses continue to replace some trains.

    Central Coast & Newcastle Line 

    Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 April
    • Nightly from 10.45pm until 3am, some trains run to changed timetable via the T1 North Shore Line.

    South Coast Line 

    Friday 10 to Monday 13 April
    • Buses replace trains between Bondi Junction and Central.
