- This event is organised by Moovit App Global Ltd (“Moovit”)
Duration
- The Moovit Hunt event will run on 16 November 2024, from 2pm to 4pm; and 7pm to 9pm (“Event”)
Eligibility
- This event is open to Participants who are:
- Aged 18 years old on the Event Period
- Where participants are under 18 years old, their legal guardian must accompany them throughout the event.
- Moovit application installed on Participant’s device.
- Employees, agents, contractors of Moovit or any of its group companies, their families and households, or anyone connected to this Event are not eligible to participate.
Terms of Participation
- By participating in this event, the Participant agrees to take part in any and all marketing, promotional, publicity exercises with respect to this event; agrees for Moovit, its agents, and assigns, to use any photographs, video, or recording of Participant and/or likeness for the purpose of promotion of Moovit, including without limitation, the promotion of Moovit’s Editors Platform for all forms, media and manners, for the following, but not limited to, news releases, photographs, video, audio, website, marketing, advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition for an indefinite period of time. Each Participants agrees that Moovit shall be at liberty to publish, promote, copy, reproduce, transmit, display, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works of and/or otherwise distribute or use his/her particulars (including any publicly available Facebook, Instagram and TikTok profile photo and details):
- In connection with this event and/or Moovit products and services;
- For the promotion and publicity of this event and/or Moovit products and services;
- In any manner, format or media whether now known or hereinafter created, and in any part of the world, including without limitation on online platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram; at Moovit’s sole discretion and royalty-free and without obligation of attribution or consent. Each Participant hereby irrevocably grants Moovit all consents and waivers necessary in connection with the above.
Liability and Responsibility
- Each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Moovit and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, fulfilment agencies and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind by anyone including third party in connection with the Event resulting from the Participation and/or travel to or from any Event venues, including without limitation, infringement of intellectual property or trademark rights, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Right of Moovit
- Moovit reserves the right to reject any Participation at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
- Moovit reserves the right to change the Prizes with item(s) of equal value and to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- Moovit reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Event with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Moovit shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against Moovit for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- Moovit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
- By participating in this Event, the Participants agree and acknowledge that Moovit collects, uses and processes and/or discloses (including third party overseas) participants’ personal information in order to conduct this Event, and in accordance with the Moovit Privacy Policy (https://moovit.com/legal/privacy-policy-en/). Each participant consents to such collection, use, processing and disclosure of his/her personal information and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Validity of enrollment is conditional on providing this information. Each participant agrees that Moovit may, for an indefinite period of time, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making phone calls to the participant(s).
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and each Participant irrevocable submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
