Fares Reminder:
In July, Fare Inspectors will resume proof of payment inspections on most transit lines, warning passengers who haven’t paid. Fare inspection and enforcement activities, including fines for fare evasion, will resume in mid-July/August.
Subway Closures:
Line 2: Kipling to Jane weekend closure (July 11 and 12)
🚇 There will be no subway service on Line 2 between Kipling and Jane stations on Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12 for maintenance
Line 2: Woodbine to Kennedy nightly early closures (July 13 to 16)
🚇 Subway service on Line 2 between Woodbine and Kennedy stations will end at 11 p.m. nightly from Monday, July 13 to Thursday, July 16 for track work.
🚇Regular service will resume by approximately 6 a.m. each following morning.
Bus Detours:
511 Route change (June 21 – September 5)
🚍There will be no service on Bathurst Street between Dupont Street and Harbord Street as routes divert to Spadina Station. Pedestrian access at Bathurst Station will be maintained at all times.
🚍7 Bathurst buses will divert in both directions via Dupont Street, Spadina Road to Spadina Station.
🚍511 Bathurst buses will divert in both directions via Harbord Street, Spadina Avenue to Spadina Station.
🚍307 Bathurst buses will divert in both directions via Dupont Street, Spadina Road, Spadina Avenue, Harbord Street. 307 Bathurst will service Spadina Station on street.
🚍511/307 Bathurst service south of Front Street West will continue to divert via Front Street West, Spadina Avenue, Fort York Boulevard.
506 Carlton – Temporary route change during infrastructure renewal (June 21 to end of 2020)
🚍506 Carlton route will divert in both directions via Dundas Street West to Dundas West Station.
🚍Buses will replace streetcars on 506/306 Carlton between Dundas West Station and Main Street Station.
🚍High Park Loop and Howard Park Avenue will not be served.
