What’s in Store?
Holiday Schedule Updates: Many agencies are offering alternative service for Christmas and New Year’s. As always, Moovit is updated. Plan your travels with our trip planner. We have also compiled a list of your favorite agencies below.
Real-Time Arrivals: Traveling during the Holiday season can be hectic but Moovit helps you stay informed with Real-Time arrival updates that let you know exactly when your bus/train/subway is arriving.
In-App Service Alerts: Don’t get caught by any last-minute service changes, stay informed with our in-app service alerts.
Christmas & New Year’s Service for the TTC and GO Transit
TTC
- TTC will operate on a Sunday schedule on Christmas Day and New Years Day (12/25, 01/01), and on a Holiday schedule on Boxing Day (12/26).
- A holiday schedule = all TTC routes will operate on their Sunday service schedules, but will start earlier, at approximately 6 a.m. Any routes that do not normally operate on Sundays, will not operate on the holiday.
GO Transit
- GO Transit will operate on a Saturday schedule on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day (12/25, 12/26, and 01/01).
