Greensboro Transit Updates
- Effective immediately, GTA and SCAT are operating fare-free
- Until further notice, GTA will operate hourly service along normal routes
- HEAT services have ended until further notice
- GTA Administrative Offices are closed to the public effective immediately – staff will be available by phone and email weekdays 10 am to 3 pm through March 27
- For SCAT I-ride, there is a temporary limit of reservations no more than seven days in advance. Reservations are being taken by the backup call center for 15 days, so you may experience delays in making reservations
High Point Transit Updates
- Route 10 is running the Saturday route pattern on an hour headway from 6:45 am until 5:45 pm
- Route 11 is running the Saturday route pattern on an hour headway from 5:45 am until 6:15 pm
- High Point Transit is running one-hour headways all day from 5:45 am until 6:15 pm on all other weekday routes
- Service on the following routes has been suspended until further notice – Route 25 – Jamestown/GTCC and Route 21 – Industrial Park Special
- The Guaranteed Ride Home van service has been discontinued until further notice.
- There are no changes to Saturday service
- All rides will be free on High Point Transit
- Passengers will be asked to board and alight using the rear door unless they need to use the ramp or have the bus kneel

- Route 4 (Alamance Burlington Express) has been suspended effective March 25, 2020
