On Sunday 17th March, from 7.30am until 5pm approximately, Bradford Street will be closed between Camp Hill and Moat Lane for the St Patrick’s Day Parade.
Bus, Metro and Rail impact
Bus:
National Express West Midlands bus services 2, 3, 4, 4A ,5, 6 and 50 will be subject to diversion from the start of service until the routes have re-opened.
Services 2, 3, 4, 4A, 5 & 6
- Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will divert from Camp Hill Circus via Bordesley Middleway, Coventry Road, Digbeth High Street, and Moat Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading from Birmingham
Buses will divert from Moat Lane Gyratory via Digbeth High Street, Coventry Road, Bordesley Circus, Bordesley Middleway, Camp Hill Circus, and Stratford Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Service 50
- Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will continue along Highgate Middleway to Camp Hill Circus, then use Bordesley Middleway, Coventry Road, Digbeth High Street, and Moat Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading from Birmingham
Buses will divert from Moat Lane Gyratory via Digbeth High Street, Coventry Road, Bordesley Circus, Bordesley Middleway, Camp Hill Circus, and Highgate Middleway to rejoin the normal line of route.
Diamond 50 bus service will also be following the dedicated diversion.
Rail:
Buses replace trains between Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton on Sunday 17 March impacting some onward services to Birmingham New Street with Avanti West Coast, Transport for Wales and West Midlands Railway
Please note a train replacement bus service will operate for the 08:57 Dorridge to Birmingham Snow Hill train on that day.
