Women’s March Toronto 2018

Thousands of people are expected to attend the march in Toronto this year 

Plan accordingly, we’re here to help.

Whether you’re marching or not, this event will be hard to ignore. Public transportation will be heavily impacted by the number of people headed towards the events, as driving and parking will be nearly impossible. Moovit has the transportation information you need to navigate to/from/or around, the events this Saturday.

When

Sat, 20 January 2018, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Route

Starting and ending at Nathan Phillips Square, 100 Queen Street, West. Between University, Queen and Bay streets in downtown Toronto.

Street Closures

The following streets will be closed from 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 19 until 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 20 (or until crowds disperse):

Transportation

GO Transit

TTC

Wheel-Trans dedicated stop

Accessibility

The route is on a flat surface, starting and ending at Nathan Phillips Square.

During the last stretch of the march along Bay Street, people may wish to enter Nathan Phillips Square via two alternate routes:

Marshals will help to secure off-road areas that may have issues and provide information to marchers as we go.
