We have collected several public transit changes that are worth getting to know about this week.
Rail service changes in Haifa and the north
As part of maintenance works, on Friday, August 12, works will be carried out in the area of ββthe Hutsot Hamifratz station. Due to the works, trains on the following lines will not operate:
- Karmiel – Haifa Hof Hacarmel
- Nahariya – Haifa Hof Hacarmel
On this day, the following stations will be closed: Nahariya, Acre, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Haim, Hutsot Hamifratz, Karmiel, and Ahihud.
Free shuttles will be operated between Karmiel > Ahihud > Kiryat Motzkin and Hamifratz Central Station.
Rail service will return to normal on Tuesday night, August 13.Β Β
Tisha B’AvΒ
β On the evening of Tisha B’av, August 6, changes will be applied to the bus schedules and the night lines will not be operated.
‘Bein Hazmanim’
Starting from Sunday, August 8th until Sunday, August 28th, on the occasion of the ‘Between the Times’ days, service lines will be increased with dedicated lines.
