Please be advised of upcoming service disruptions impacting several Metrobus routes due to construction activities.
Effective Dates and Affected Routes:
- Route X2 (Westbound): Stop closure at Benning Rd & Anacostia Ave NE (#1001034) from February 19th to 26th. Please utilize the stop at Benning Rd & 34th St NE (#1001024) during this period.
- Routes 83, 86, C2 (Northbound): Permanent closure of the stop at Baltimore Ave & Tecumseh St (#3002281) effective February 6th. Please board/exit at the stop at Baltimore Ave & Berwyn Rd (#3002266) henceforth.
- Route D6 (Westbound towards Sibley Hospital): Stop closure at MacArthur Blvd NW & U St (#1001692) from February 5th to May 5th. Utilize the westbound stops at MacArthur Blvd NW & V St (#1001710) or Our Lady of Victory Church (#1001654) as alternatives.
- Routes D32, H4, W47 (Eastbound): Stops at Porter St NW & Connecticut Ave (#1002231), Porter St NW & 34th St (#1002250), and Porter St NW & Building 3040 (#1002256) closed from February 5th to 12th. Please board/exit at the eastbound stops at Porter St NW & #2724 (#1002216) or Porter St NW & 35th St (#1002254).
Additional Detour Alert:
- Routes G2 & 96: Expect detours due to construction at New Jersey Ave NW & P St NW, weekdays from February 5th to April 19th, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please plan ahead and allow extra travel time.
