More Choice for Your Trip with Bike Share

    Our mission at Moovit is to make every local journey smooth, and we understand that sometimes options other than public transit will be the best. You can pick up Bike Share information directly from the Moovit app, so you can compare your options and choose what’s best for your trip.

    How to use Bike Share on Moovit

    Whether you want to do your bit for the environment, stretch your legs after a long day at your desk, or use it to breeze by rush hour gridlock, using Bike Share is simple on Moovit.
    Supported in over 110 cities across the globe, you’ll find Bike Share stations & information on the Home screen shown below:
    1. In the Stations tab, find your preferred location on the map. You’ll see an icon for your local Bike Share company and the number of available bikes noted on the map icon

    2. Tap on the icon to view more details about the bike station, including the number number of empty slots for locations to which you want to return your bike to

    3. Tap Get Directions and Moovit will guide you step-by-step to your bike

    If you only need public transit on your Moovit app, you can easily stop Bike Share showing up as an option. Go to “Settings” in the “More” menu and tap on “Map”. Here, you can uncheck the relevant box.
