Charlie Card Store Closure

    Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the CharlieCard Store is closed until further notice.

    Covid 19 has taken a toll on many families, individuals and businesses. The T has reduced paper ticket Fares to match those of the Charlie-card, this way everyone can ride at a lower price. If you are experiencing issues with your Charlie Card please follow these instructions: 

    “If you need assistance with your CharlieCard, please call Customer Support at 617-222-3200.

    • Replace a lost, expired, or damaged Senior, TAP, Blind, or RIDE CharlieCard: Contact Customer Support to request a replacement.
    • Request a Senior, TAP, or Blind CharlieCard: Some applicants are automatically eligible with supporting documentation, and others will have to apply by submitting a TAP application completed by a licensed healthcare professional.
    • Apply for a Senior CharlieCard: Attend a Senior CharlieCard event to avoid traveling into Boston.
