🚋 Red Line
❌ Granville, Thorndale and Bryn Mawr stations will temporarily close on:
Fri, Jul 17 2020 10:00 PM to Sun, Jul 19 2020 1:00 AM
🚎 Free shuttle buses will provide service between Loyola (accessible) and Berwyn, stopping near the affected Red Line stations (see map below). Transfer at Loyola or at Berwyn between Red Line trains and shuttle buses.
❌ Howard-bound Red Line trains will not stop at Bryn Mawr, Thorndale or Granville stations on:
Sunday, July 19, 2020 – 1:00 AM to Friday, July 31, 2020 – 10:00 PM
⬅️For service from these stations, take a 95th-bound train to Berwyn and transfer to a Howard-bound train.
➡️For service to these stations, take a Howard-bound train to Loyola and transfer to a 95th-bound train.
Note: #84 Peterson buses will be rerouted to connect to Berwyn station for convenient connection to trains in both directions. See details for 84 bus in the bus section below.
🚋 Purple Line Express
🛤️ Trains will share the same track with Red Line trains between Granville and Belmont on:
Monday, July 20, 2020 – 5:00 AM to Friday, July 24, 2020 – 8:00 PM
🚎 Purple Line Express trains will continue to run express between Howard and Belmont, making only regular stops at Howard, Wilson and Belmont. However, minor delays may occur.
Buses
🚍 J14 & 15 – Jeffery Jump & Local
↪️ Temporary Reroute on:
Saturday, July 18, 2020 – 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM
↔️ J14 Jeffery Jump buses will travel in both directions via Jeffery, 67th, Stony Island, 73rd, and Jeffery.
↔️ 15 Jeffery Local buses will operate in both directions via Stony Island, 73rd, and Jeffery/
🚍 81 – Lawrence
↪️ Temporary Reroute on:
Wednesday, July 15, 2020 – 9:00 AM to Tuesday, August 11, 2020 – 5:00 PM
➡️Eastbound buses will operate via Ridge, Bryn Mawr, Sheridan, Foster and Broadway, ending their trips at Broadway/Berwyn.
⬅️Westbound buses will begin their trips at Broadway/Berwyn, operate via Broadway to Bryn Mawr/Ridge, then resume their normal route on Ridge
🚍 84 – Peterson
↪️ Temporary Reroute on:
Friday, July 17, 2020 – 10:00 PM to Monday, August 10, 2020 – 4:00 AM
⬅️Westbound buses will operate via Lawrence, Damen, Foster, and Western, then resume their normal route on Lawrence.
🚍 91 – Austin
↪️ Temporary Reroute on:
Monday, July 20, 2020 – 9:00 AM to Friday, July 31, 2020 – 5:00 PM
⬆️Northbound buses will operate via Austin, Madison, Central, and Chicago, then resume their normal route on Austin.
⬇️Southbound buses will operate via Austin, Chicago, Central, and Washington, then resume their normal route on Austin.
🚍 126 – Jackson
↪️ Temporary Reroute on:
Friday, July 17, 2020 – 6:00 PM to Monday, July 20, 2020 – 5:00 AM
⬅️Westbound buses will operate via Jackson between Jackson/Central Park and Jackson/Independence.
