April 22, 2020

Enhanced measures to combat COVID-19 [Extended to 1st June]

With the rising number of new confirmed cases, most of them linked to foreign workers’ dormitory clusters. Our Prime Minister had announced yesterday that the Circuit Breaker Measure will be extended to 1st June 2020 to further curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Among new measures from yesterday’s announcement are stricter measures such as the closure of services including hairdressing and barber services, our favorite bubble tea and similar beverage outlets. Apart from that, shoppers to 4 popular wet market will be restricted based on odd-even last digit of your IC/FIN.
