From Monday 23 March there has been a reduction in service levels across the rail network due to a drop in demand for travel.

Current advice for using transport safely
    • Consider changing the time when you need to use public transport. Travelling outside of peak times will help reduce the number of people using the network at the same time and support social distancing measures that are currently in place.
    • Wash your hands with soap and water frequently for at least 20 seconds. Use hand sanitiser whenever soap and water are unavailable.
    • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, and then place the tissue into the bin straight away.
    • Try to use contactless payments.
