Passes from March will no longer be accepted today – Please pay cash for your journey
Following the multiple extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO) which had all non-essential services closed since 18th March, all Rapid Penang customer service counters had been closed since.
Rapid Penang earlier announced that all Rapid Preferred, Rapid Youth, Rapid Emas for March 2020 and Expired Pas Mutiara was valid on all Rapid Penang services during MCO period as the renewal of the passes weren’t possible. This privilege had been ended on 30th April.
From today onward, all fares on Rapid Penang buses are required pay in cash when you board the bus.
