On Tuesday, February 27th, the Israeli municipal elections will be held.

We have collected for you several updates that you should know about Election Day and how to get easily to your Kalpi ๐Ÿ—ณ๏ธ.

You can easily locate polling stations in Israel through the Moovit app by their numbers and navigate to them easily using public transit with the following steps:

Navigation by Kalpi Number ๐Ÿ”

The details of your kalpi, where you cast your vote, are listed on the election notice (ื”ื•ื“ืขื” ืœื‘ื•ื—ืจ) sent to your address. Track the kalpi number (ืžืก’ ื”ืงืœืคื™) displayed in the middle square. Now you can simply insert your Kalpi number in the trip planner

Additionally, you can find your kalpi on the Ministry of Interior’s website by entering your ID number and date of birth. After clicking “ืœืื™ืชื•ืจ ืžืงื•ื ืงืœืคื™”, comprehensive details about your voting location will be provided:



Finding your Kalpi using the Moovit app:

After locating your kalpi number, simply enter the term “ืงืœืคื™” + #your kalpi numberย (it’s also recommended to enter your city/town) into the main search field in Moovit. Then, choose your starting point and the desired route to your polling station ๐Ÿ™‚.


Save the Kalpi to your Favorites โญ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ

Furthermore, you have the option to locate the kalpi on the stops screen and save it as a favorite destination by long-pressing the screen. On Election Day, simply tap on the saved kalpi from your favorites, and you’ll get a direct route from your current location.
