נוסעים יקרים,
להלן הסדרי התנועה לרגל אירועי חגיגות ה-50 לשחרור ירושלים ובעת ביקורו של נשיא ארה”ב. לתשומת לב הנהגים, לא תתאפשר חניית כלי רכב לאורך הצירים שיסגרו כמפורט להלן. בשל עומסי התנועה הצפויים, המשטרה ממליצה לציבור לנסוע בתחבורה הציבורית והרכבת הקלה ולהיות קשובים לעדכונים שיפורסמו מעת לעת.
להלן העדכונים:
אירוע לציון 50 שנה לשחרור ירושלים, יום ראשון כה’ אייר 21.5.17 :
בין השעות 16:00-23:00 – יחסמו לתנועת כלי רכב הרחובות הבאים:
בר לב, חיל ההנדסה, מנהרת צה”ל לשני הכיוונים, הצנחנים, דרך חברון, חטיבת ירושלים, יצחק קריב, שלמה המלך, דוד המלך, אמיל בוטא, שמאע, ינאי, בן סירא, שלומציון המלכה, אגרון, מעלה השלום, שער יפו.
לבאי האירוע ניתן לחנות חינם בחניון טדי וחניון הלאום ומשם הגעה לאירוע באמצעות מערך היסעים וכן בחניוני הרכבת הקלה.
בשל טקס פתיחת אירועי יום ירושלים בחומות העיר העתיקה, תתגבר סיטיפס את תדירות הרכבות הקלות לטובת ציבור הנוסעים, בין השעות 20:00-00:00.
יום שני, כו’ אייר 22.05.17 :
החל מהשעה 12:00 יחסמו לסירוגין ובהדרגה הצירים הבאים: דרך חברון, דוד רמז, דוד המלך, ז’בוטינסקי, הנשיא, האר”י, עזה, פלומר, חטיבת י-ם, שער יפו, בתי מחסה, מעלה השלום, אגרון, קרן היסוד, בלפור, סמולנסקין.
לרשות הציבור ניתן לנסוע בצירים חלופיים: בגין, שדרות הרצל מחלף קריית משה לבגין דרום, חיים בר לב לכיוון אגרון, בן צבי לכיוון רבין.
הרכבת הקלה תפעל כסדרה לאורך רוב שעות היום. בין השעות 11:00-14:00 יחולו שינויים בהפעלה כדלהלן: הרכבת הקלה תפעל בין התחנות חיל האוויר (פסגת זאב) ועד תחנת כיכר דניה. במהלך שעות אלו, לסירוגין ובהתאם להנחיות המשטרה, לא יתקיים שירות בתחנות יפה נוף והר הרצל. עם סיום ביקורו של הנשיא טראמפ וקבלת אישור המשטרה, תשוב הרכבת הקלה לפעול בשירות מלא לכל אורך הקו.
יום שלישי, כז’ אייר 23.5.17 :
החל מהשעה 08:30 יחסמו לסירוגין ובהדרגה הצירים הבאים: המלך דוד, דוד רמז, דרך חברון, מנחת, מעבר רחל, גיחון, צרויה, עין רוגל לכיוון דרך חברון, דרך בית לחם לצפון, הרכבת לצפון, עזה, הרצוג, בייט, בזק, שניאור, בורלא, ניות , הרצל יד ושם.
לרשות הציבור ניתן לנסוע בצירים חלופיים: אגרון, חיים ברלב, שער יפו, דרך חברון – החשמונאית, קרן היסוד, עמק רפאים, בגין, ציר הרצל, רמב”ן.
בין השעות 12:00-14:00 יחולו שינויים בהפעלת הרכבת הקלה כדלהלן: בין התחנות חיל האוויר (פסגת זאב) ועד תחנת כיכר דניה. במהלך שעות אלו, לסירוגין ובהתאם להנחיות המשטרה, לא יתקיים שירות בתחנות יפה נוף והר הרצל. עם סיום ביקורו של הנשיא טראמפ ביד ושם, ולאחר קבלת אישור המשטרה, תשוב הרכבת הקלה לפעול בשירות מלא לכל אורך הקו.
ריקוד הדגלים, יום רביעי כח’ אייר 24.5.17 :
בין השעות 15:00-21:00 – יחסמו לתנועת כלי רכב הרחובות הבאים וכן הצירים המובילים אליהם: בצלאל, המלך ג’ורג’, קרן היסוד, אגרון, יצחק קריב, שלמה המלך, דוד המלך, חטיבת ירושלים, סולטאן סולימאן, דרך יריחו, מעלה השלום, כביש מספר 1 (מצומת מטה ארצי לכיוון דרום), דרך חברון ממרים החשמונאית.
בשל הצעדה, הרכבת הקלה תפעל בין השעות 17:30 ל-20:15 לערך, בשירות מקוצר בין תחנת הר הרצל לתחנה המרכזית, ובין תחנת חיל האוויר (פסגת זאב) לתחנת גבעת התחמושת. בשעות אלה, לא יתקיים שירות רכבות בין תחנת גבעת התחמושת לתחנה המרכזית. עם סיום הצעדה וקבלת אישור המשטרה תשוב הרכבת הקלה לפעול בשירות מלא לכל אורך הקו.
תחבורה ציבורית תתנהל בצירים חלופיים . למידע נוסף יש לפנות למוקד אגד 2800*.
טקס ממלכתי בגבעת התחמושת (כח’ אייר 24.5.17) – פירוט הסדרי תנועה:
בין השעות 17:00-20:00 – יחסם לתנועת כלי רכב רח’ שרגאי.
עצרת יום ירושלים בישיבת ‘מרכז הרב’ (כח’ אייר 24.5.17) – פירוט הסדרי תנועה:
בין השעות 17:00-01:00 – יחסם לתנועת כלי רכב רחוב צבי יהודה בין שדרות הרצל לרח’ העילוי.
הילולת שמואל הנביא ( כז’-כט’ אייר 23-25.5.17):
לא תתאפשר הגעה לאתר או למקומות הסמוכים לו בכלי רכב פרטיים. ההגעה להילולה תתאפשר באמצעות קווי שירות סדירים והיסעים בלבד, שיצאו משלושה אתרים: חניון מסוף האוטובוסים ברמות (רח’ מירסקי), חניית מחנה עופר ומחסום רמות הישן.
מערך ההיסעים יוביל את המתפללים עד הכניסה למתחם האתר ומשם ימשיכו עם הסעות מיוחדות לרחבת הקבר.
במהלך ימי ההילולה (23-25.5.17) החל מיום ג’, 23.5.17 בשעה 14:00, ועד ליום חמישי, 25.5.17 עם סיום ההילולה – יופעלו באזור הסדרי התנועה הבאים:
כביש 436 מכיוון רמות לכיוון הגבעה הצרפתית – יישאר פתוח לתנועת כלי רכב.
כביש 436 מכיוון גבעת זאב לכיוון ירושלים – הנסיעה בכביש תתאפשר רק לתחבורה ציבורית ורכבי הסעות.
היערכות התחבורה הציבורית (אגד) לאירועי יום ירושלים וביקור נשיא ארה”ב :
היערכות תחבורה ציבורית בהתאם ללו”ז העקרוני של ביקור טראמפ שהועבר מהמשטרה הכולל פירוט צירים סגורים וצירים חלופיים.
מפעילי התחבורה הציבורית השונים נדרשו לבצע התאמות במסלולי הקווים בהתאם לשעות ולצירים כפי שנתקבל ממשטרת התנועה בהתחשב בהנחייה שסגירת הצירים תתבצע 45 דקות לפני מעבר השיירה.
הרכבת הקלה תפעל בין השעות 13:00-16:00 (משוער) בשירות מקוצר מתחנת חיל האוויר ועד לתחנת כיכר דניה.
גמר גביע המדינה בכדורגל בין הקבוצות מכבי תל אביב- בני יהודה שיתקיים באצטדיון טדי ביום חמישי 25.5.17 בשעה 20:45 – פירוט הסדרי תנועה וחניה:
קהל האוהדים מתבקש להקדים הגעתם למשחק על מנת להימנע מיצירת תורים ועיכוב בכניסות לאצטדיון עקב המעבר במערכת הכרטוס (סבסוד).
עקב צפי להגעת קהל רב למשחק – המשטרה ממליצה לקהל האוהדים להגיע באמצעות תחבורה ציבורית ומערך היסעים. רכבת ישראל תתגבר את מערך הרכבות מתל אביב לירושלים, הן בתדירות והן בקרונות נוסעים.
לא תתאפשר חניית כלי רכב פרטיים לאורך צירי התנועה סביב קריית הספורט.
מערך היסעים:
לרשות אוהדי בני יהודה יועמד מערך היסעים (שאטלים) מחניון גן החיות סמוך למלחה ועין יעל.
לאוהדים המגיעים לחניונים- יש לנסוע דרך ציר עין כרם-גולומב לכיוון גן החיות.
לרשות אוהדי מכבי תל אביב – ניתן לחנות בחניון בייט, הגן הטכנולוגי, חניוני הר הרצל וחניון הלאום.
לאוהדים המגיעים לחניונים- יש לנסוע דרך הכניסה לעיר- שד’ הרצל.
מערך זה ידאג להחזרת האוהדים לחניונים עם סיום המשחק.
בכלל החניונים יוצבו סדרנים שיכווינו האוהדים לאוטובוסים.
להלן הסדרי התנועה ביום המשחק:
• החל מהשעה 16:00 יסגרו לתנועת כלי רכב הרחובות הסמוכים לקריית הספורט, להלן:
בנבנישתי , דוד איילון, אגודת ספורט בית”ר, מודעי.
• מומלץ להשתמש בציר בגין (כביש 50) לכיוון שכונת גילה.
• לא תותר כניסת כלי רכב לשכונת מלחה וקטמון (למעט תושבים).

In anticipation of the event, the following streets will be blocked: the Hebron Road, the Jerusalem Brigade, Yitzhak Kariv, the IDF Tunnel in both directions, King Solomon, Emil Bota, Sham’a, Agron and the nearby streets.
Estimated closing hours: 23: 00-16: 00 There may be changes in timetables and streets.
From the time the roads are blocked, cars will not be accessible into the streets.
The Karta parking lot and the Mamilla parking lot will be blocked – no entry or exit or car rental from 16:00. It is recommended not to park in the streets around to the area of the event due to the inability to exit during these hours
For the benefit of the event, shuttle buses will be operated from the Teddy Parking Lot and the National Parking Lot. In addition, the Light Rail activity will be increased.

The public will be able to use alternative routes: Begin, Herzl Blvd. Kiryat Moshe interchange to Begin South, Haim Bar-Lev in the direction of Agron, Ben Tzvi in the Direction of Rabin.
The light rail will operate as usual during most of the day. The following changes in its operation will take place between 11:00 and 14:00: The Light rail will operate between the Kheil HaAvir station (Pisgat Ze’ev) and the Denia Square station. During the times specified above, alternately and following the orders given by the police in the field, no services will be offered at the Yefeh Nof and Mount Herzl stations. When President Trump ends his visit, and police approval is granted, the light rail will resume regular service all along the line.
Tuesday, May 23, 2017:
Starting from 08:30, the following roads will be gradually and alternately closed: King David, David Remez Hebron Road, Minhat, Rachel Passage, Gikhon, Tsruya, Ein Rogel in the direction of Hebron Road, Derech Beit Lehem to the north, the train to the north, Azza, Herzog, Bait, Bazak, Shne’ur, Burla, Nayot, Herzl Yad VaShem.
The public will be able to use alternative routes: Agron, Haim Bar-Lev, Jaffa Gate, Hebron Road – Miriam HaHashmonait, Keren HaYesod, Emek Refa’im, Begin, Herzl, Ramban.
The following changes in the operation will take place between 12:00 and 14:00: The Light rail will operate between the Khei HaAvir station (Pisgat Ze’ev) and the Denia Square station. During the times specified above, alternately and following the orders given by the police in the field, No services will be offered at the Yefeh Nof and Mount Herzl stations. When President Trump ends his visit at Yad VaShem, and police approval is granted, the light rail will resume regular service all along the line.
The Flag Parade May 24, 2017:
Between 15:00 and 21:00 – the following streets and the roads leading to them will be closed to vehicles: Betsal’el, King George, Keren HaYesod, Agron, Yitshak Kariv, Shlomo HaMelekh, King David, Khativat Yerushalayim, Sultan Suleiman, Derekh Yerikho, Ma’ale HaShalom, Road no. 1 (from the Mateh Artzi intersection to the South), Hebron Road from Miriam HaHashmonait.
Due to the parade, the light rail will operate in a reduced capacity between 17:30 and about 20:15, between the Mount Herzl station and the central station, and between Kheil HaAvir station (Pisgat Ze’ev) and the Ammunition Hill station. During these times, no train services will be provided between Ammunition Hill and the central station. Once the parade is over and police approval is granted, the light rail will resume regular service all along the line.

Jerusalem Day rally at the Mercaz HaRav Yeshiva (28 of Iyar, 24/05/2017) – details of traffic arrangements:
17:00-01:00 – Tsvi Yehuda St. will be closed for vehicles, between Herzl Blvd. and HaIlui St.
Hilulat Shmuel HaNavi (23-25/05/2017):
The site and its surrounding area will be closed for vehicles. It will be possible to arrive to the Hilula only through regular service lines and shuttles, which will leave from three locations: The bus terminal parking lot at Ramot (Mirski St.), The Ofer base parking and the old Ramot checkpoint.
The shuttles will take those coming to pray to the entrance to the site, and from there they will continue to the grave area on board special shuttles.
During the days of the Hilula (23-25/05/2017), starting from Tuesday, 23/05/2017, at 14:00, and until Thursday, 25/05/2017, when the Hilula ends – the following traffic arrangements will be put in place:
Road 436 from Ramot to the French Hill – will remain open for vehicles.
Road 436 from Giv’at Ze’ev to Jerusalem – will be open only for public transportation and shuttle vehicles.
The preparation of public transportation (Eged) to the Jerusalem Day events and to the visit of the President of the United States:
Public transportation will prepare to operate in accordance with the general trump visit schedule provided by the police, which includes details concerning closed roads and alternative routes.
The various public transportation operators were required to make adjustments to their line routes in accordance with the times and routes provided by the traffic police, and taking into account that following the guidelines, the roads will be closed 45 minutes before the convoy actually passes by.
The light rail will operate in a reduced capacity between 13:00 and 16:00 (estimated) from the Kheil HaAvir station to the Denia Square station.
The National Football Cup Final’s match between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv, will be played at Teddy Stadium on Thursday, 25/05/2017 at 20:45 – Details of traffic arrangements:
Attending fans are asked to arrive to the game early in order to avoid lines and delays at the entrance to the stadium, caused by the ticketing system (subsidized).
Due to the large number of fans expected to come to the game – the police recommends that those arriving use public transportation and the shuttle system. The Israel Railways will operate more trains from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, both in frequency and in the number of passenger carriages available.
Private vehicles will not be allowed to park along the traffic routes in the area of the Sports Campus.
Shuttle system:
Bnei Yehuda fans will be provided with shuttles from the zoo parking lot located near Malha, and from Ein Yael.
Fans arriving to the parking lots – take the Ein Kerem Golomb route in the direction of the zoo.
Maccabi Tel Aviv fans – parking will be possible at the Bait parking lot, the Technological Garden, the Mount Herzl Parking lots and HaLe’om parking lot.
Fans arriving to the parking lots – go through the city entrance – Herzl Blvd.
This shuttle system will take the fans back to the parking lots once the game has ended.
Ushers will be available at each parking lot to direct the fans towards the buses.
The following are the traffic arrangements for the day of the game:
- Starting from 16:00, the roads adjacent to the sports campus will be closed for vehicles. The following roads will be closed: Banbanishty, David Ayalon, Agudat Sport Beitar, Moda’i.
- We recommend taking Begin Road (road 50) in the direction of Gilo.
- Vehicles will not be allowed to enter the Malha and Katamon neighborhoods (other than residents).
