Having built the leading public transit app, Moovit is seeking to expand and penetrate new markets every day and developing the existing ones. As part of the Operations Team, Moovit is looking for an entrepreneurial leader, who is ambitious to make this an opportunity to make the Central and North American markets the biggest success in Moovit.
Responsibilities:
Supporting and developing the operations in the Central and North American markets, with main focus in Mexico and Colombia
Responsible for customer support and community engagement & growth of Moovit users
Identifying, correcting and improving city transportation data
Translating content
Required Skills and Experience:
BA/BS degree
Spanish Mother tongue level, High level English
Any additional language is a plus
Knowledge of public transit systems in at least of the main cities in the region (Bogotá, Mexico City and/or Guadalajara)
Experience in customer support
Knowledge in Excel
Preferred qualifications:
Proactive, independent and enthusiastic individual
Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
Relevant experience in the consumer mobile space, preferred local products
Independent, he/she can execute projects with little supervision
Extremely good attention to details
Excellent communicator, very high presentation skills
Loves and enjoys working in fast-paced environment and feels comfortable with a startup culture
