Link light rail service between Rainier Beach and Tukwila International Boulevard will experience single-track operations this weekend and a one-day stoppage while crews make track repairs in the area.
Friday, 9 p.m. – Saturday, 2 a.m.
- Expect minor delays as trains share a single track through the work area.
Saturday, 5 a.m – Sunday, 2 a.m.
- No Link service between Rainier Beach and Tukwila International Boulevard. Regular Link service will operate from UW to Rainer Beach, and from Tukwila International Boulevard to Angle Lake.
- Two free shuttle services will operate during the closure. Metro Route 97 will operate every 10 minutes from Rainier Beach to Tukwila International Boulevard, and a second shuttle will run from Rainier Beach to SeaTac/Airport station every 10-20 minutes from 9 a.m. – 11 p.m., and every 25-30 minutes before 9 a.m. and after 11 p.m. From 9 a.m.-10 p.m. on Saturday, staff will help guide riders to the free shuttles.
