The following agencies are continuing to suspend fare collection through Sunday, January 12th.

- Big Blue Bus
- Pasadena Transit
- LADOT Transit – resumption of fare collection has been suspended until further notice due to wildfires.
The following service changes are still in affect:
LA Metro:
Metro continues to be in service. However, there are impacts to some bus and rail lines due to the high winds and wildfires.
A LINE: regular rail service resumed between Southwest Museum and Fillmore early Saturday afternoon as Metro completed repairs to wind-damaged overhead wires. Trains are now running all the way between Azusa and Long Beach.

Here are the current service alerts:
LINE 134: Canceled due to the fire in the Palisades area.
LINE 233 OWL SERVICE: Northbound detours to 405 freeway btwn Moraga and Ventura Blvd. Southbound detours to 405 btwn Valley Vista and Venice Blvd., then heads back north to Expo/Sepulveda Station via Sepulveda Blvd.
LINE 233 Owl: Northbound is on regular route. Southbound: Buses will use 405 south, exit Venice Blvd, right on Sawtelle, right on Venice, left Sepulveda, left Exposition to layover.
LINE 236 SOUTHBOUND: detouring to Hayvenhurst between Magnolia and Ventura due to policer and fire staging for wildfire.
LINE 267: No service north of Washington Blvd. in Altadena due to intermittent closures of Allen Ave.
LINES 660 and 662: No service north of Washington in the Pasadena and Altadena areas due to wildfires.
LINE 296: Buses detour to 5 freeway between Los Feliz Boulevard and Western Avenue.
LINE 602: Canceled due to the fire in the Palisades area.
LINE 690: Buses detouring to Dronfield between Arroyo and Vaughn.
LINE 761 northbound: Buses detour to 405 freeway between Sunset and Ventura boulevards due to Palisades Fire. LINE 761 southbound: buses detour to 405 btwn Ventura and Venice blvds. Buses then run Venice to Sepulveda to E Line’s Expo/Sepulveda Station.
METRO MICRO: In Pasadena, Altadena, & Sierra Madre, service north of Woodbury Road, New York Drive, and Sierra Madre Boulevard is suspended. Service has been restored in the following areas beginning noon Friday, January 10:
- Rose Bowl area
- Lincoln Boulevard south of Montana Street
- Montana St and south between the 210 Freeway and Los Robles Avenue
- Elizabeth St and south between Los Robles Avenue and Hill Avenue
- New York Drive and south between Hill Avenue and Altadena Drive
Pasadena Transit:
Pasadena Transit will run reduced service on Saturday January 11 and Sunday January 12. Some routes will detour to avoid mandatory evacuation areas. Routes will not travel north of Washington Blvd. Below is a summary of service and route detours.
On Sunday, all routes will run regular hours.
- Route 10 – Service will be every 60 minutes, route will not detour.
- Route 20 – Regular schedule will run.
- Detour: Route will not travel north of Washington Blvd. Route 20 will travel across Washington Blvd instead of Woodbury Road.
- Route 33: Regular schedule will run.
- Detour: Route will detour to avoid Washington Blvd. & Altadena Drive. Route will not service Altadena Drive between Mountain St. & Washington Blvd. and will not service Washington Blvd. between Altadena Ave & Allen Ave.
- Route 40: Regular schedule will run, route will not detour.
- Routes 31/32, 51s: Service will be suspended.
Dial-A-Ride will continue to provide essential medical trips, as conditions allow.
No fare will be collected on Pasadena Transit or Dial-A-Ride on January 11 and January 12.
Big Blue Bus:
- Below is a list of current service impacts:
- Route 9: Service suspended until further notice.
- Route 14: Service suspended north of Bringham Ave. and Montana Ave.
- Route 15: Service suspended north of Barrington Ave. and San Vicente Blvd.
- Route 43: Detour at 26th St. and Montana Ave. All bus stops north of Montana Ave. will not be served.
- Route 44: Service suspended until further notice.
LADOT:
LADOT Transit announced that most of its Commuter Express and DASH routes are currently operating with the exception of DASH Sylmar (not operating) and DASH Observatory/Los Feliz (only the Los Feliz portion of the route is operating due to the Observatory closure). PLEASE NOTE, however, that all routes are subject to delays and/or potential reroutes due to the wildfires; and riders should allow extra time.
LADOT Transit is closely monitoring the situation and will notify riders through the ladottransit.com website, emails, X and Facebook of any significant changes.
