On Saturday, October 19, the main entrance to the Alewife parking garage will close and temporarily relocate for repairs and upgrades. Access to the station will be modified during the closure.
Orange Line
SUSPENSION: No Orange Line train service between Sullivan and Tufts Medical Center over 6 weekends (starting Fridays at 8:45 PM) on October 4 – November 10. Bus shuttles provided between Sullivan and Haymarket.
Bus shuttles replace Orange Line train service between Wellington and Oak Grove from 8:15 PM to close Mondays – Thursdays through December. The work scheduled for Thursday, October 10 and Monday, October 14 has been cancelled.
On Saturday and Sunday, October 19 & 20, the busway and pickup/drop-off area will be closed for repaving. The northern parking lot and portions of Banks Pl will be open to buses only. All buses will board in the northern parking lot.
Green Line B
Shuttle buses replace B Branch service between Boston College and Babcock St over four weekends (starting 8:45 PM Friday) October 25 – 27, November 1-3, 15-17, & 22-24 for trackwork.
Green Line C
From 8:45 PM Friday, October 18 through end of service Sunday, October 20, bus shuttles replace C branch train service between Cleveland Circle and Kenmore.
Green Line D
On weekends (starting 8:45 PM Friday) through December 22, bus shuttles replace D Branch train service between Kenmore and Newton Highlands. This weekend’s work will take place between Kenmore and Reservoir.
