White Night
White Night Melbourne returns for one night only, from 7pm on Saturday 18 February until 7am on Sunday, 19 February 2016.
PTV is helping customers get to and from White Night by running trains, trams and Night Buses all night, and Night Coaches at 2am.
Due to road closures in place for the event, many tram routes will terminate at the edge of the CBD and metropolitan bus and Night Bus stops may have been moved.
Normal public transport fares will apply.
Metro Trains
Cranbourne and Pakenham lines
Due to works as part of the Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project, Carnegie Station will be temporarily closed from 1am on Monday 23 January until the last service on Sunday, 12 March 2017.
Flagstaff and Parliament stations
Due to lift repair works, there will be no lift access at Flagstaff and Parliament stations from the first service on Tuesday 3 January until the last service on Sunday, 12 March 2017.
Glen Waverley line
Due to signalling and electrical works, buses will replace train services between Burnley and Glen Waverley stations after 8.30pm each night from Sunday 26 February until the last service on Wednesday, 1 March 2017.
Werribee and Williamstown line
Due to maintenance works on structures and facilities, electrical networks and signalling, buses will replace train services between North Melbourne and Werribee/Williamstown stations after 8.30pm each night from Sunday 19 February until the last service on Wednesday, 22 February 2017.
Trams
CDB tram routes
Due to White Night Melbourne in Melbourne’s CBD, Route 1, 3a, 5, 6, 8, 16, 19, 35 (City Circle), 48, 55, 57, 59, 64, 67, 70, 72, 75, 86, 96 and 109 trams will be affected by temporary service alterations from approximately 4.30pm on Saturday 18 February until approximately 8.30am on Sunday, 19 February 2017.
Route 55
Due to construction work on Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD, Route 55 trams (to Domain Interchange) will not service Stop 2 (Market Street/Flinders Lane) from the first service on Monday 13 February 2017 until late 2019:
Route 86
Due to construction work on Gertrude Street, Fitzroy, Route 86 trams (to Bundoora RMIT) will not service Stop 15 (Gertrude Street/Smith Street) from 7am on Monday 13 February until 5pm on Saturday, 18 February 201

Albury line
Due to track works, train services on the Albury line will be affected by temporary service alterations from the first service until the last service on Sunday, 26 February 2017.
Bairnsdale and Traralgon lines
Due to track works, train services on the Bairnsdale and Traralgon lines will be affected by service alterations from the first service until the last service on Saturday, 25 February 2017.
Warrnambool line
Due to track works, train services on the Geelong and Warrnambool lines will be affected by temporary service alterations from the first service until the last service on Saturday, 25 February 2017.
