    Industrial action affecting CDC buses today


    Due to ongoing industrial action, bus services operated by CDC Victoria will not run today. This is in Melbourne, Ballarat and Geelong on Tuesday 17, July 2018 between 9am and 1pm.

    Passengers advised to seek alternate travel arrangements.

    We don’t anticipate any impact to school bus services.

    The following bus routes will be impacted:

    • Melbourne:

    Routes 150, 151, 153, 160, 161, 166, 167, 170, 180, 181, 190, 191, 192,

    406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411, 412, 414, 415, 417, 418, 419, 421, 423, 424, 425, 439, 441, 443, 461, 494, 495, 496, 497, 498,

    605, 606, 612, 623, 624, 625, 626

    Note: Tullamarine Bus Lines and Route 400 NOT IMPACTED

    Note: Route 900 operating to an altered timetable.

    Monash University students: Route 601 from Clayton campus to Huntingdale train station will run a full service through an alternative operator. Route 630 will run to a Sunday timetable. For more information, see the Monash University website.

    • Ballarat

    All bus routes.

    • Geelong

    Bus routes 1, 10, 11, 12, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 43 will run, however CDC cannot confirm the service frequency.

    Passengers travelling between 9am to 2pm on Tuesday 17 July 2018 should allow extra travel time.

    Additional information


    Train (metropolitan and regional), tram and other bus services not operated by CDC, are not affected by this industrial action and operate as normal.

    This industrial action may be ongoing, and affect services at later dates.
