Metro Trains
Craigieburn line
Due to maintenance work on structures and facilities, electrical networks and signalling, buses will replace train services between North Melbourne and Craigieburn stations each night from Sunday 28 August until the last service on Wednesday, 31 August 2016.
Due to maintenance work on structures and facilities, electrical networks and signalling, buses will replace train services between North Melbourne and Craigieburn stations each night from Sunday 4 September until the last service on Wednesday, 7 September 2016.
Cranbourne and Pakenham lines
Due to works as part of the Level Crossing Removal Project: Caulfield to Dandenong, there will be temporary station closures at Carnegie and Murrumbeena stations from 1am on Monday 29 August, until the first service on Monday, 26 September 2016.
Frankston line
Due to rebuilding works as part of the North McKinnon Centre Level Crossing Removal Project, Ormond and Bentleigh stations will be closed from Monday 1 August until Sunday, 28 August 2016.
During this time, services will run express through Ormond and Bentleigh stations and buses will operate between Caulfield and Moorabbin stations to service the closed stations.
Due to works taking place as part of the North McKinnon Centre Level Crossing Removal Project, buses will replace train services between Caulfield and Mordialloc stations from the first service on Saturday 27 August, until the last service on Sunday, 28 August 2016.
Hurstbridge and South Morang lines
Due to upgrade works at Flinders Street Station, temporary platform changes will apply to all South Morang and Hurstbridge services using Flinders Street Station on selected nights from Monday 8 August until Thursday, 1 September 2016.
Upfield line
Due to works as part of the CityLink Tulla Widening Project, buses will replace train services between North Melbourne and Upfield stations after 7.45pm each night from Sunday 28 August until Wednesday, 31 August 2016.
Planned cancellations on selected lines
Due to driver training requirements, planned cancellations will take place on Friday afternoons between Friday 5 August and Friday, 26 August 2016.
The Cranbourne, Craigieburn, Frankston, Pakenham, Sandringham, Sunbury, Werribee and Williamstown lines will be affected.
Trams
Route 57
Due to renewal of tram tracks and overhead cables on Errol Street in North Melbourne, Route 57 trams will be affected by service alterations from the first service on Saturday 3 September, until the last service on Thursday, 8 September 2016.
Route 96
Due to streetscape works and replacement of a water main on Acland Street in St Kilda, Route 96 trams will be affected by a temporary tram stop relocation from the first service on Wednesday 17 August, until the last service on Sunday, 11 September 2016.
VLine
Geelong and Warrnambool lines
Due to track works, train services on the Geelong and Warrnambool lines will be affected by service alterations from Saturday 3 September to Sunday, 4 September 2016.
Traralgon and Bairnsdale lines
Due to track works, train services on the Traralgon and Bairnsdale lines will be affected by service alterations from the first service on Saturday 3 September, until the last service on Sunday, 4 September 2016.
Seymour line
Due to track works, selected train services on the Seymour line will be affected by service alterations in the afternoons and evenings from Sunday 28 August until Wednesday, 31 August 2016.
Due to track works, train services on the Shepparton and Seymour lines will be affected by service alterations from the first service on Saturday 3 September, until the last service on Sunday, 4 September 2016.
