The Open Streets initiative aims to drive awareness in the general public about the benefits of using public transport, cycling or just walking.
Under this initiative there will be an identified street / area where the movement of vehicles in its vicinity will be restricted.
Traffic will be restricted between Anil Kumble Circle and the Brigade Road junction on M.G Road. This Open Streets – OMG is going to make place for festivities that are going to be celebrated in the city of Bengaluru in all its traffic-free glory.
There will be:
- Musicians, artists and variety acts
- A flea Market
- Food Trucks
- Stalls selling handmade products
